Willow Creek I is a 204 unit condominium community with a large population of Owner occupied units as well as many investor owner units available for lease.
Many of the unit Owners are in the process of renovating and upgrading their units as a result of the Associations recent renovation of the entire Willow Creek I community.

Yale corridor, which is one of the most vibrant and desirable locations in South Tulsa.
It is surrounded by St Francis Hospital, Warren Clinic, Warren Place office complex, the new Shops at Warren Place, King’s Point shopping area, La Fortune Park golf course, Case Tennis Center, high end single family residences and many other retail and commercial businesses. This area is one of the highest employment centers in Tulsa.
